End of 2000 conclusion of the contract for delivery of a second-hand heat treatment line for OCTG tubulars.

In particular the line was consisting of a hardening turnace, quenching plant, cross conveyor, tempering furncace and cooling bed. The heat treatment line was designed to treat tubing, casing and drillpipes according to international standards, and has a yearly capacity of 126,000 tons.

The Contract included all services from dismantling the existing plant, packing, transportation, delivery of new refractory materials, delivery of a new control system up to and including supervision of erection and commissioning.
